Window cleaning · Cam, Dursley & the Vale

Cleaner windows. Greener tomorrows.

Reliable, regular window cleaning with purified water and a zero-emission electric van. Streak-free glass, frames and sills, every 4 or 8 weeks, with a text the day before. Every time.

  • Turns up when promised
  • A text the day before
  • Purified water, no chemicals
  • No ladders on your house
  • Your own online account

The clean

Pure water. Nothing else.

I clean with water that has been filtered until it is nothing but water. With no minerals left in it, the glass dries spot-free on its own: no detergent film, no streaks, nothing for dirt to cling to, so your windows stay cleaner for longer between visits.

  • Frames, sills and doors included. The whole window gets washed every visit, not just the glass.
  • Upstairs reached safely from the ground. A water-fed pole gets to every pane without anyone climbing.
  • No ladders against your walls. No marks on the render, no trampled borders, no one at your bedroom window.
  • No chemicals. Nothing runs off into your garden or your drains.

Reliable, every time

A window cleaner who turns up.

The number-one complaint about window cleaners is that they do not come when they said. Flow is built around fixing exactly that.

  • A fixed round, every 4 or 8 weeks. Your street has its day and I keep to it.
  • A text the day before, so you can unlock the gate or move the car.
  • A message when it is done, with your next date.
  • Skip with 24 hours’ notice and there is nothing to pay for that visit.
  • A rain plan. Pure water dries spot-free in light rain, so I carry on. In heavy weather I move the day and text you.
  • Direct Debit after each clean. No cash at the door, no chasing, a receipt every time.

Online account

Your own online account.

Everything about your windows in one place, on your phone. No app to install: set a password once with the code from my welcome message, then sign in on any device.

  • See your next clean, the date, the address and the estimated price.
  • Pay by card or set up your Direct Debit in a minute, whenever suits you.
  • Every visit and every receipt, so you never wonder what was done or what was paid.
  • Message me privately. A locked gate, a skip, a question about your price: it stays with your account, so I always have the context.

Greener tomorrows

Clean windows should not cost the street its clean air.

The van is electric, so there are zero tailpipe emissions on your street and none of the diesel rattle of a round in progress, and it is charged on renewable electricity. The water is pure, so nothing goes into your drains but water. The waste is minimal, because there is barely anything to throw away.

It is the way I would want my own street cleaned, so it is the way I clean yours.

  • Pure water

Filtered until nothing but water is left. No detergent, no chemicals, nothing into your drains or your borders.

  • Eco friendly

A round grouped street by street means fewer miles between houses and a lighter footprint for every clean.

  • Electric van

Zero tailpipe emissions on your street, charged on renewable electricity. Quieter, too.

  • Low waste

Reusable brushes and cloths, refillable water, no single-use bottles or sprays. Receipts by email, not paper.

How it works

Three steps, then it just happens.

No quotes to chase, no cash on the doorstep, no wondering when I am next coming.

  1. I knock, or you join online

Most people meet me at their front door as I canvass their street. If I have not reached you yet, join the round and I will come to you.

  2. I count your panes and agree your price

A walk round the outside, a price confirmed in writing before anything happens, and a first-clean week booked alongside your neighbours so the round stays tight.

  3. Regular cleans, text the day before, pay after

Every 4 or 8 weeks, a text the evening before, and your Direct Debit collects after each clean with a receipt and the next date. Your online account shows all of it, and is where you message me.

Areas we cover

Starting in Cam and working outwards.

I keep the round dense so that visits stay regular and the van stays off the road, which means I reach places one at a time rather than all at once.

Am I on your round?

Type your postcode and I will tell you straight: on the round now, coming next, or not yet.

Why Flow

One person, one van, one round that turns up.

I am Harry, and Flow is my round, started in Cam in 2026. I wanted a cleaner way to clean: purified water instead of chemicals, an electric van instead of diesel, and a window cleaner who comes when he said he would.

The round grows street by street, so every neighbour who joins makes it better for the ones already on it.

Why I started Flow, and why the name →

Promotions

Better when the street joins together.

Two ways the round rewards neighbours who bring neighbours. Never a fee, always a discount to unlock.

The neighbourhood rate

When ten homes within a short walk of each other are on the round, everyone on that street moves to a lower rate, automatically, including the people who joined first.

Neighbour vouchers

Every customer gets a leaflet of ten vouchers. A neighbour who joins with one gets half their first clean off, and you get a discount for a year for each one who joins.

Questions

Things people ask at the door.

Do I need to be home?

No. I clean from the ground with a water-fed pole, so I only need to get to the outside of the house. If a side gate is locked, tell me how to get through or leave it open on the day. You get a message when it is done.

What is pure water?

Tap water that has been filtered until every dissolved mineral is gone. Minerals are what leave spots and streaks as water dries, so with none left the glass dries clear on its own, with no detergent film for dirt to cling to. It is also why I can clean frames and sills without chemicals.

What if it rains?

Light rain does not affect the result, because purified water dries spot-free, so I carry on. If it is heavy enough to stop me, I move that day and text everyone affected with the new date.

Can I skip a clean?

Yes. Let me know at least 24 hours before and there is nothing to pay for that visit. Your next one stays on the usual cycle. Going away for longer? Ask for a pause.

How do I pay?

By Direct Debit, set up once when you join. After each clean I mark the visit done and the payment collects automatically a few days later, with a receipt and your next date. No cash at the door, no chasing. You can set the Direct Debit up, or pay a one-off by card, from your online account.

Is there an app?

Not one to install. Every customer gets an online account at flowwindowcleaning.co.uk/account. My welcome message has a link and a one-time code: set a password once, then sign in on any device with your e-mail and password, and you can see your next clean, pay by card or set up your Direct Debit, see every visit and receipt, and message me privately. Add it to your phone’s home screen and it behaves like an app.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry public liability insurance. If anything is ever damaged, tell me within 48 hours and I will make it good.

Do you do gutters or conservatory roofs?

Conservatory roofs are quoted separately because they vary so much. Gutters and other add-ons are coming; ask when I visit and I will tell you honestly whether I can do it yet.

How do I get a price?

I count your panes at the door or from the pavement and confirm your price before the first clean, in writing. Join the round and I will be in touch.
