Better when the street joins together.

The round is built to grow street by street, so the rewards go to neighbours who bring neighbours. Two offers, both automatic, both a discount to unlock and never a fee.

The neighbourhood rate

Ten homes on your street and everyone pays less.

Every clean carries a small share of the cost of getting to your street. When 10 homes within a short walk of each other are on the round, that cost is shared out, and everyone on the street moves to a lower rate. Automatically. Including the people who joined first.

It is a discount you unlock together, never a fee you are stuck with. I message everyone on the street when it happens.

  • Counted by distance (about 150 metres), not by street name, so a close or a lane can count.
  • Applies from the next visit after the tenth home joins.
  • Stays for a grace period if the street later dips below 10.

Neighbour vouchers

A leaflet with ten codes on it.

When I sign you up I leave a leaflet printed with 10 voucher codes. Hand them to whoever you like; everyone does well out of it.

50%

off your neighbour’s first clean

They give me the code when they join, at the door or on the form here, and the discount comes off their first clean straight away. No waiting for anyone to approve anything.

5%

off for you, for a year, per neighbour who joins, up to 50%

Each 5% lasts 12 months from your neighbour’s first paid clean. Ten neighbours and your cleans are half price for a year.

You join

I sign you up at the door and scan your leaflet so its codes are tied to you.

You pass a code on

Tear one off for the neighbour who always asks who does your windows.

You both save

Their first clean is half price. Your discount starts after their first paid clean.

Have a code?

Enter it when you join.

There is a box for it on the join form. Codes look like FLW-7K3M-01. The discount comes off your first clean and your neighbour’s reward starts once that clean is paid.

Questions

The small print, in plain words.

Do I have to do anything to get the neighbourhood rate?

No. Once 10 homes within about 150 metres of each other are on the round it applies automatically, from the next visit, and I message everyone on the street when it does. It counts by distance, not by street name, so a cul-de-sac and the road it joins can count together.

What if the street later drops below ten?

The rate stays for a grace period before anything changes, and I tell you first. Nobody is caught out by a neighbour moving house.

How does a neighbour use a voucher?

They give me the code when I sign them up at the door, or type it into the join form here. The discount comes off their first clean straight away; it does not wait for anyone to approve anything.

When does my referral discount start, and how long does it last?

Each 5% starts from your neighbour’s first paid clean and lasts 12 months. It is confirmed automatically when their address is close to yours or to a cluster of existing customers; further afield, I check it by hand within a day or two. If the neighbour leaves, that 5% ends, unless they leave in their first month, in which case you keep it.

Can the discounts be combined?

The neighbourhood rate and your referral discount stack. A first-clean voucher and a referral discount are never combined on the same visit, and a voucher cannot be used on your own address.

I have a code but no leaflet. Does it still work?

Yes. Any valid code gives you the first-clean discount. Codes from leaflets I have not yet tied to a customer still work as vouchers; they just do not earn anyone a referral.

Everything here is also in the terms, sections 4 and 5.
